(5) The Motion for Summary Judgment of Defendants Prison Health Services, Inc. and Dr. Mark Baker (Doc. 234) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as to Plaintiff's remaining c laims as follows: (A) Defendants' motion is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claim against Dr. Mark Baker pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983.
