MEMORANDUM OPINION - For the foregoing reasons, the Court will grant Defendants' Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law and vacate the judgment against Defendant Perry, Jr. on Plaintiffs First Amendment retaliation claim with respect her courtro om testimony against William Perry, Sr. It will also vacate the award of $5,000 in compensatory damages and $10,000 in punitive damages. As such, Plaintiffs Motion for Reinstatement (Doc. 128), Motion for Attorney's Fees (Doc. 130), and Motion for Consideration of Defense Counsel Attorney Rates and Attorney Invoices and Statements (Doc. 143) are denied as moot.
