The Class period commences on or about July 24, 2007 and extends to the date on which the Defendant is enjoined from, or otherwise ceases, enforcing its unconstitutional policy, practice and custom of delousing detainees absent reasonable suspicion. Specifically excluded from the Class are Defendant and any and all of its respective affiliates, legal representatives, heirs, successors, employees or assignees. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall submit in writing their joint plan of class notice that complies with the requirements of Federal Rules of Ci vil Procedure Rule 23(c)(2)(B) within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Opinion & Order; andIT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Roneld Logory is designated Class Representative on behalf of the Class; andIT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff&# 039;s attorneys Charles J.
