Mr. Knigh ts Eighth Amendment claim of deliberate indifference is dismissed with prejudice due to his failure to exhaust his available administrative remedies. 5.The sole remaining claim is Mr. Knights Eighth Amendment claim of excessive use of force against C O Black and CO Lowry.6.CO Black and CO Lowry are granted twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order to file an Answer to the Complaint.7.Mr. Knights Motion for Extension of Time (Doc. 28) is granted.8.Within ten (10) days from the date of this Order Mr. Knight shall provide the Court with the sufficient information for the Marshal to effect service on CO Freechan, CO Leval and CO Herchik. 9.Plaintiffs failure to comply with 8 of this Order will result in the dismissal of this action against the unserved defendants (Freechan, Leval, Herchik and Does) pursuant to Fed.
