MEMORANDUM AND OPINION - For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs' Motion to Amend Complaint (Doc. 42) will be granted. Following the conclusion of discovery, Defendants may move for summary judgment as to absolute immunity for Attorney Milligan in a motion for summary judgment. The parties' Joint Motion to Dismiss Count VIII (violation of the Pennsylvania Wiretap Act) ofthe Amended Complaint will be granted. Aseparate Order follows.Signed by Honorable Robert D.
