Filing 42 MEMORANDUM The Court finds that the records Plaintiff seeks incident to this request are potentially relevant. Moreover, the Court does not appreciate how their production can cause any significant burden to the Defendant. Accordingly, the Court fi nds that Defendant must make these bills of lading and related documents available for inspection at its place of business by Plaintiffs attorney at a mutually convenient time. D.Conclusion.
