MEMORANDUM (Order to follow as separate docket entry) For the foregoing reasons, the Court finds that the arbitration proceeding that gave rise to this matter was not finally resolved until June 16, 2014. The Court also finds that, because the parti es contract provided that the arbitration agreement would be governed by New York law, the Defendant has ninety (90) from June 16, 2014 to appeal the arbitrators ruling.
