Filing 32 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 16 Motion to Dismiss; granting 21 Motion for Summary Judgment. 1. Defendants motion to dismiss Plaintiffs complaint, (Doc. 16), is GRANTED. 2. Defendants motion for summary judgment (Doc. 21) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Defendants Lackawanna County Prison, Captain Shanley and Officer Esposito and against Plaintiff on all claims. 3. Plaintiffs motion for court ordered mediation and appointment of counsel (Docs. 30, 3 1) are DISMISSED as moot. 4. The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE this case. 5.
