If filing a motion for summary judgment, counsel shall provide the Court with acourtesy copy of that motion, supporting brief, and all accompanying exhibits. Counsel for the non-moving party shall also provide acourtesy copy of the brief in opposition to the motion for summary judgment and all accompanying exhibits. 5. Reports from Plaintiff's experts shall be due by February 12, 2018. 6. Reports from Defendant's experts shall be due by March 14, 2018. 7. Supplementations shall be due by May 25,2018. 8. All expert discovery shall be commenced in time to be completed by May 11, 2018. 9. Given the protracted nature of the agreed upon schedule, the Court will not grant an extension to the above schedule in the absence of acompellingly good cause. 10. Given the discussion during the case management conference regarding the discovery tool limitations and the potential for discovery disputes, the parties are instructed to address potential discovery disputes early and attempt to reach agreement.
