Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 17(c), a guardian ad litem shall be appointed to represent the interests of R.K. in this litiga tion. The parties shall meet, confer, and if possible jointly agree upon an appropriate guardian ad litem to propose to the court on or before January 12, 2018. 3.
