ORDER 1. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is construe asa motion to proceed without full prepayment of fees andcosts and the motion (ECF No. 6) is GRANTED.2. If service is unable to be completed due to Plaintiff's failureto properly name a Defendant, or failure to provide anaccurate mailing address for a Defendant, he will be requiredto correct this deficiency.
