ORDER - it is hereby ORDERED that: (1) Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #10 is GRANTED. (2) Plaintiff shall pay the full filing fee of $350.00, based on the financial information provided in the application to proceed in forma pauperis. The full filing fee shall be paid regardless of the outcome of the litigation. (3) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(l) and (2), the Superintendent, or other appropriate official at Plaintiffs place of confinement is directed to deduct an initial partial filing fee. (4) The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Order to the Superintendent of the institution wherein Plaintiff is presently confined. (5) Plaintiff's Complaint is DEEMED filed. (6) Plaintiff is reminded that she has an affirmative obligation to keep the Court informed of her current address. If Plaintiff's address changes while this lawsuit is pending, Plaintiff must immediately inform the Court in writing. If the Court is unable to communicate with Plaintiff because she has failed to notify the Court of her address, Plaintiff may be deemed to have abandoned the lawsuit.
