The motions for discovery filed as Docs. 40, 44, 46, 48 and 50 ar e DENIED. 2. The motion for discovery filed as Doc. 42, is GRANTED with respect to any performance evaluations and disciplinary records relating to Susan Rutan, Gregory Anderson and Steve Brisker employees from 2006 through 2010. To the extent that no such records exist, the Defendants shall certify the non-existence of these records, which shall constitute a complete response to this particular inquiry.
