April 19, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 44 MEMORANDUM ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the defendants motion tocompel (Doc. 38.) and the plaintiffs motion for an extension of time to retain counsel (Doc. 42.) are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: 1. On or before Tuesday, April 30, 2013, the plaintiff shall respond to thedefendants outstanding interrogatories. If the plaintiff subsequentlyretains counsel to represent him, such counsel may seek leave to supplement the interrogatory answers if they deem it necessary or approp riate to do so.2.
