Defendants Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 7) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART to the following extent: i. Pl aintiffs Fair Labor Standards Act travel pay claims are DISMISSED with leave to amend; ii. Plaintiffs Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act and Pennsylvania Wage Payment Collection Law claims are DISMISSED with leave to amend; iii. The Motion is DENIED in all other respects. b.
