ORDER: 1. The Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation 18 of Magistrate Judge Cohn, insofar as he finds that the ALJ failed to adequately address the weight afforded to medical evidence on the record and failed to adequately develop the record as to the opinion of Plaintiffs treating physicians;2. Defendants objections 21 to the Report and Recommendation (Doc. No. 18) are OVERRULED;3. The Commissioners decision is VACATED and this case is REMANDED to the Commissioner for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g); and4. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Commissioner and to CLOSE this case. Signed by Honorable Yvette Kane on 11/30/21. (ma)
