ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis - Pro se Plaintiff Jody A. Urbanek (Urbanek) filed this tax refund complaint on June 30, 2022, asserting a claim against Defendant the Internal Revenue Service. (Doc. 1). Concurrently with the filing of the complaint, Urbanek filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, as well as her Prisoner Trust Fund Account Statement. (Doc. 2; Doc. 3).
