AND NOW, this 20th day of February, 2009, and for the reasons s et forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that UAWs motion to show cause why Accuride should not be held in contempt is DENIED. UAWs alternative motion to remand remedial issues to Arbitrator Creo for clarification is GRANTED.
