More specifically, summary judgment is granted as to the false imprisonment claim, and granted as to the medical claims arising under the Eighth Amendment and state negligence law relating to the delays in treatment on November 19th and 24th, and the requests for mental health care. The motion for summary judgment is denied as to the medical claims arising und er the Eighth Amendment and state negligence law from the failure to provide followup care for the sutures, and denied in all other regards. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Nurse Ricks motion for summary judgment 146 is GRANTED IN PART AND DEN IED IN PART.
