Filing 38 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: AND NOW, to wit, this 8th Day of July, 2011, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, IT IS ORDERED that the motions to dismiss the complaint filed on behalf of Defendants Pavlock and Todd 16 , Defendant Palmer 21 , Defendant Antalics 30 , and Defendants Learn and Howard 33 shall be, and hereby are GRANTED and all claims against said Defendants under federal law shall be and hereby are DISMISSED with prejudice. To the extent Plaintiff is asserting claims against these Defendants under state law, said claims are DISMISSED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to the power granted to courts under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B), Plaintiffs' federal claims again st Defendant Daniels shall be, and hereby are, DISMISSED with prejudice.
