ORDER granting 17 Motion for Attorney Fees as to Plaintiff Melissa Dawn Christensen. Plaintiff is awarded attorney fees under the EAJA in the amount of Two Thousand Three Hundred dollars ($2.300.00). These attorney fees will be paid directly to Plaintiff, Melissa Dawn Christensen, and will be sent to the business address of Plaintiff's counsel. Full or partial remittance of the awarded attorney fees will be contingent upon a determination by the Government that Plaintiff owes no qualifying, pre-existing debt(s) to the Government. Plaint iff's Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No.9] is GRANTED to the extent it requests that we remand the case for further proceedings, and otherwise denied. IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the final decision of the Commissio ner is VACATED and this case is REMANDED FORTHWITH for further consideration of Plaintiff s application for isability insurance benefits and supplemental security income benefits.The Commissioner is hereby DIRECTED to reopen and fully develop the record before rendering a ruling on Plaintiff s claim.
