IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Plaintiff and Defendant Jerilu shall meet and confer to discuss how this case may best, and most efficiently and cost-effectively, proceed to final resolution. By 11/17/15, the parties may fi le a proposed consent order and/or judgment for the Court's consideration; or, alternatively, by 11/17/15, they shall file a joint statement with the Court indicating each side's proposed course of action, and the opposing side's position regarding the other's proposal.
