Filing 64 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to dismiss filed by Officer Adams 55 is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to strike 55 filed by Defendant Adams is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismi ss filed by Haines City 53 is denied as to the lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue. The motion to transfer based on improper venue is denied. The motion to dismiss is granted as Plaintiff has failed tostate a Monell claim against Haines City. Plaintiff will be allowed to amend this claim following discovery. An Initial Case Management Conference will be scheduled by separate Order. Signed by Judge Susan Paradise Baxter on 09/25/19.
