TEXT ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Plaintiff was ordered to file a certified copy of an institutional account statement from every jail or prison at which he was confined which shows the status of that account or accounts from March 1, 2018 through the date the account statement is submitted. This statement was to be filed on September 11, 2018. Plaintiff has not done so. It is now ORDERED that Plaintiff correct this deficiency or SHOW CAUSE why he has been unable to do so within ten (10) days of the date of this order. The failure to comply with this order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed for a failure to prosecute. IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed by Magistrate Judge Richard A.
