CONSENT ORDER OF PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants, Goodea Construction Co., Inc., Pipeline Systems, Inc., GilCon & Associates, Inc., Gildea Partnership, Mark D. Gildea, Roger L. Gildea, Gildea Equipment, LLC, and Pipeline Systems Transportation, LLC ("Defendants"), are preliminarily enjoined for a period of 45 days, or until further Order" of this Court, from transferring, selling, conveying or otherwise disposing of any equipment in which Great American has a properly perfected security interest without the prior written consent of Great American,which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Defendants are further enjoined for a period of forty-five (45 days), or until further Order of the Court, from transferring, selling, conveying or otherwise disposing of any other assets in which Great American has a properly perfected securityinterest, except in the ordinary course of Defendants' regularly conducted business, without the prior written consent of Great American, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
