Filing 4 TEXT ORDER STAYING CASE. The United States Marshals Service has informed the Court that, due to a lapse in appropriations caused by the ongoing federal government shutdown, their office is currently unable to process or effectuate service in civil cases. In light of this circumstance, this action will be administratively closed and all pending matters stayed and held in abeyance until such time as the lapse in appropriations has been resolved. Once the Court becomes aware that appropriations have resumed, the Court will promptly reopen this action and instruct the Marshal to effectuate service. IT IS SO ORDERED.
