April 30, 2021	Filing 2 ORDER re #1 Remark. Plaintiff Rowena Molson, a frequent litigator in this Court, commenced this civil action with the lodging of her pro se complaint on March 18, 2021. ECF No. #1 . Plaintiff, however, did not pay the requisite filing fee, nor did she file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. This case may not proceed unless the Plaintiff either: (1) tenders to the "Clerk, U.S. District Court" the statutory filing fee in the amount of $350.00, plus a $52.00 administrative fee, for a total of $402.00 ; or, (2) files a properly completed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(a). Accordingly, Plaintiff's papers will not be processed any further at this time. Plaintiff has the right to submit any required paperwork that will bring her civil action into compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules of this Court. When Plaintiff has met the requirements to file a lawsuit, her paperwork will be processed. Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED, this 30th day of April, 2021, that the Clerk of Court shall mark this case administratively CLOSED. Signed by Judge Susan Paradise Baxter on 4/30/21. (esa)

Filing 2 ORDER re #1 Remark. Plaintiff Rowena Molson, a frequent litigator in this Court, commenced this civil action with the lodging of her pro se complaint on March 18, 2021. ECF No. #1 . Plaintiff, however, did not pay the requisite filing fee, nor did she file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.
