ORDER denying as moot ECF No. #5 Motion for Extension of Time to Amend Habeas Petition. On March 27, 2023, the Court granted Plaintiff Zerrius Boyd Sr.'s motion to withdraw his petition. ECF Nos. 2, 3. Accordingly, this action is closed. Thus, Boyd's motion for an extension of time to amend his petition is denied as moot. Plaintiff additionally requests instructions for accessing the electronic filing system, as well as a habeas petition and civil complaint. The Court has provided instructions and included a copy of the petition and complaint with its order on his identical motion in civil action 1:23-cv-00024.
