ORDER granting #3 Motion to Stay. Because Petitioner is currently litigating in state court a petition for PCRA relief, his motion [ECF No. 3] is GRANTED and this case is STAYED and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending conclusion of that state-court proceeding. Within 30 days after the completion of Petitioner's current PCRA proceeding, Petitioner shall notify this Court of the outcome of that proceeding. If he does not receive the relief he seeks in state court, this Court will reopen this case and issue a schedule for further proceedings. Signed by Chief Magistrate Judge Richard A.
