Because Petitioner is currently litigating in state court a petition for PCRA relief, his motion [ECF No. 3] is GRANTED and this case is STAYED and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending conclusion of that state-court proceeding. Within 30 days after the completion of Petitioner's current PCRA proceeding, Petitioner shall notify this Court of the outcome of that proceeding.
