MEMORANDUM OPINION indicating that, for the reasons stated more fully therein, the Court makes the following rulings. TDYs common law indemnification and contribution claims are dismissed, without prejudice, as neither claim is presently ripe for adjudication. Regarding Plaintiffs contractual indemnity and breach of contract claims, Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment 32 is denied and Defendants Motion 28 is granted.
