For all of the reasons stated in the Order filed herewith, counsel and persons with full settlement authority shall appear in the undersigned's Chambers on 3/5/09 at 2:15 p.m. to discuss the potential amicabl e resolution of this case. Should such efforts prove unsuccessful, the Court will establish a deadline for Plaintiffs to respond to Defendant's pending Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 21 ), as well as the issues addressed in this Order.
