Filing 162 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: Defendant Samuel Nassan's first motion for reconsideration and second motion for sanctions [ECF Nos. 122 & 144] are DENIED; that his second motion for reconsideration [ECF No. 160] is GRANTED to the extent that i t requests that the materials submitted for in camera review be preserved and DENIED in all other respects; and that his motion for an order declaring "certain allegations set forth" in his answer to be deemed admitted [ECF No. 141] is GRAN TED to the extent that it seeks an extension of the deadline for the filing of motions for judgment on the pleadings, GRANTED IN PART with respect to paragraph 28 of the "additional qualified immunity allegations" (and the responses thereto ), and DENIED in all other respects. Plaintiffs are GRANTED leave to amend their responses to Defendant's "additional qualified immunity allegations" for the purpose of bringing them into conformity with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(b). An amended reply must be filed no later than September 14, 2011. Any motion for judgment on the pleadings must be filed no later than twenty days thereafter. No. 70], and the motion to dismiss filed by supervisory defendants [Doc. No. 73] are DENIED. IT IS F URTHER ORDERED that the motion to enforce sanctions filed by Nassan [Doc. No. 63] is DENIED. THE COURT FURTHER ORDERS that defendants shall file answers to the amended complaint by August 13, 2010, and that, within twenty-one days of the filing of the answers, plaintiffs must file a reply responding to the factual allegations in the answers.
