Filing 377 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: post-trial motions 323 , 325 , and 354 . The post-trial motions filed by Balthazar and Werner and Matheney and Reinhart 323 and 325 are GRANTED IN PART with respect to the award of $45,000 for future medic al expenses and DENIED IN PART with respect to the award of $325,000 for loss of future earnings. The monetary judgment in favor of P. Keifer shall be amended to exclude the award of $45,000 for future medical expenses. The motion for leave to file post-trial motions 324 filed by Balthazar and Werner will be DENIED as MOOT. The post-trial motion filed by the Keifers 354 is DENIED.
