Filing 11 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER granting 6 DEFENDANTS' Motion to Dismiss as set forth more fully within -- any claim against Judge Wecht in his individual capacity is dismissed with prejudice and all remaining claims are dismissed without prejudice . Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date of the entry of this order to file an amended complaint making curative amendments; provided that plaintiff can meet the standards of Rules 8 and 10(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. I f plaintiff files an amended complaint, she must state her claims in numbered paragraphs and must allege facts sufficient to outline the elements of her claims or to permit inferences to be drawn that these elements exist and may not rely upon mere bald assertions or legal conclusions.
