October 24, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 18 MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER granting 10 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Counts I, II, and III are DISMISSED with prejudice. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jursidiction over the state law claims alleged at Counts IV, V, and VI. Pursuant to Rule 4(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, if the parties desire to appeal from this Order they must do so within thirty (30) days by filing a notice of appeal as provided in Rule 3, Fed.
