OPINION. Although the Court has not concluded that Defendants were entitled to qualified immunity with regards to all counts of the Amended Complaint at this stage, this does not mean that Defendants' arguments as to the claims still remaining are meritless. Given the factual record as it currently stands, and giving the presumption of truth to facts as asserted by Ms. Snyder, it cannot be definitively determined at this stage in the case that all of Defendants' actions were cloaked in the reasonableness necessary for a blanket grant of immunity.
