MEMORANDUM OPINION indicating that, for reasons stated more fully within, the decision of the ALJ is adequately supported by substantial evidence from the record within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment 8 is denied and Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment 10 is granted. Accordingly, the decision of the Commissioner is affirmed.
