Filing 65 ORDER granting 62 Defendant's Motion for award of costs and attorney's fees. Plaintiffs are jointly and severally liable to Defendant in the amount of $892.50. Payment shall be made to Defendant, by delivery to defense counsels of fice, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. In addition, a Settlement Conference is scheduled for 6/6/14 at 10:00 a.m., and will be held in the undersigned's Chambers. Thomas O'Toole and Rebecca O'Toole and counsel for Defendant shall appear in person, and the Court will not indulge requests for rescheduling. Should Plaintiffs not appear, or not communicate within a reasonable time before the Conference that either or both of them do not intend to appear, additional and more severe sanctions will be entered against Plaintiffs, up to and including the dismissal of their case with prejudice. Filing 26 ORDER. Having reviewed Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. 24 ), and Defendant's Response thereto (Doc. 25 ), it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion (Doc. 24 ) is DENIED. The undersigned does not accept correspondenc e from litigants or their counsel, absent permission of the Court, and the only proper way to communicate in writing with the Court is through the filing of motions, responses and other papers contemplated in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, thi s Court's Local Rules and consistent with the undersigned's practices and procedures. Should Plaintiffs require guidance regarding the procedures for filing documents, they may contact the Clerk's Office. At a minimum, Plaintiffs sho uld understand that mailing materials directly to the Judge's Chambers is ineffectual, and any future mailings to Chambers, not requested by the Court, will be disregarded. They also must serve any filings on Defendant's counsel of record in this case, Mr. Alan Wolfson. See Order for further details.
