It is further ordered that: 1. Plaintiff shall file his Pretrial Statement by no later than 7/28/14 at 12:00 PM; 2. Defendant shall file its Pretrial Statement by no later than 8/11/14 at 12:00 PM; 3. A Status Conference shall be held on August 12, 2014 at 9:30 AM to set a trial date and establish deadlines for the Courts Pretrial Order, which shall be issued following said conference.
