Filing 15 MEMORANDUM ORDER directing that plaintiff's second amended complaint is dismissed with prejudice as to the malpractice claim against ROBERT STECHP and dismissed without prejudice as to all remaining claims and defendants. Plaintiff is granted leave to file a third amended complaint as directed therein within 21 days of date of this order (4/23/13). Further directing that following motions are denied: 8 Motion for Preliminary Injunction against Korry Pitts and 412 Motoring; 9 Motio n for Preliminary Injunction against Cortorra Borwnfield; 10] Motion for Preliminary Injunction against Keeley Schafer and Kevin Schafer; 11 Motion for Preliminary Injunction against Chastity Thompson; and 12 Motion for TRO against Keeley Schafter and Kevin Schafer.
