As set forth on the record at the hearing held on August 6, 2014, plaintiff's claims against Childs, Costello, and Schultz for false imprisonment (count II), initiation and pursuit of prosecution without probabl e cause (count III), false arrest under Pennsylvania common law (count IV), and malicious prosecution under Pennsylvania common law (count V), are dismissed from this case because they are barred by Heck.
