Filing 28 ORDER. For the reasons set forth in the Memorandum and Order, Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 3 ) is DENIED. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 15 ) is DENIED insofar as it seeks to dismiss: 1) Plaintiffs' First Amendment freedom of speech and press selective enforcement claim, and 2) all claims as against Mayor William Peduto.
