MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in the Memorandum and Order filed herewith, the Wavie & Janes Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment Relative to the Cross Claim filed by the Gator Laurel Defendants (Doc. 70 ) is GRANTED insofar a s it relates to the Gator Laurel Defendants' contractual indemnity claim against the Wavie & Janes Defendants and the common law indemnity claims against Bodes and Wallace individually.
