ORDER. For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Order filed herewith, Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (Doc. 1 ) is DENIED, and this action is dismissed without prejudice to Plaintiff's right to reopen it by payi ng the full $400.00 filing fee.
