ORDER adopting in part Report and Recommendations re 42 Motion for Summary Judgment as follows: that Defendants motion for summary judgment 42 is DENIED as to Plaintiffs First Amendment claim that Defendants impeded his ability to fast during Ram adan in 2016, and is GRANTED as to all other claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants Kalist, Muhammad and Mayer are DISMISSED from this case and the Clerk is directed to terminate them.
