MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER - IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. Defendants motion 12 to dismiss (Doc. No. 12), is DENIED without prejudice to the right of Defendant to re-file the motion upon the conclusion of the jurisdictional discovery period;2. Plaintiffs motion 37 for leave to conduct jurisdictional discovery, is GRANTED; 3. Defendants motion 15 to stay and motion to strike 20 , as well as Plaintiffs motion 31 to strike, are DENIED AS MOOT; 4. All previously-ordered case deadlines remained STA YED pending further Order of the Court; and5. Plaintiffs are permitted to conduct jurisdictional discovery, limited to the issue of whether personal jurisdiction exists over Defendant in this court, beginning on the date of this Order and concluding on July 31, 2018.
