MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in the Memorandum and Order filed herewith, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 13 ) is GRANTED. The Court hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE Count I of the Amended Complaint. The Court additionally DECLINES to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs' state-law claims (Counts II through V), and will DISMISS those claims without prejudice to their refiling them in state court.
