Defendants motion to strike is de nied as to the remaining paragraphs of Demkos affidavit; (3) As to the Affidavit of Frank Rusnock, paragraphs 17, 20 and 22 are hereby stricken and shall not be considered in support of Plaintiffs opposition to the motion for summary judgment.
