ORDER. As stated more fully in the Order filed herewith, the Court hereby ORDERS the following: (1) pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 78u 4(a)(3)(B)(ii) and Rule 42(a) the Court CONSOLIDATES the above-captioned cases (17-559 and 17-660), and any other su bsequently filed related actions, under Civil Action Number 17-559; (2) the Court APPOINTS Mr. Christakis Vrakas to serve as lead plaintiff in the consolidated action; and (3) the Court APPROVES Mr. Vrakass selection of Levi & Korsinsky LLP as lead counsel and OKelly Ernst & Joyce, LLC as liaison counsel for the proposed class.
