MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 73 ) is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, consistent with the analyses in the above Memorandum. Defendants' total liability for interest, attorney's fees and cost s is $17,774,771.00. Said amount comprises the interest owed pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 6621(a)(2), which is $8,701,865.00; the double interest penalty owed pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132(g)(2)(C)(i), i.e., another $8,701,865.00; and $371,041.00 in reasonable attorney's fees and costs owed pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132(g)(2)(D). JUDGMENT is entered, in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, in the aforementioned amounts. A Rule 58 order will be entered contemporaneously herewith, and the case will be marked closed.
